You’ve sorted this space before.
It didn’t stick.

Let’s find out why.

If you’ve already cleared it, moved things around or tried different storage and the same problem keeps coming back, there is probably something about the setup you haven’t spotted yet.

I’ll review one frustrating space based on the photos and information you send me.
Then I’ll create a personalised action plan showing you what’s really causing the problem, what needs changing, and where to start.

Home organiser making notes to review clients space and create a personalised plan

You already know which space this is

It might be:

✓ the kitchen counter you keep clearing, only for it to fill up again
✓ the wardrobe you have reorganised but still find difficult to use
✓ the drawer or cupboard you avoid because you don’t know where to start
✓ the pile of things you keep moving from one place to another

You’ve probably already tried sorting it. But clearing the space hasn’t changed what keeps happening there.
And if nothing about the setup changes, it’s very easy to find yourself clearing the same space again a few weeks later.

Why another organising tip might not solve it

Things collect for different reasons.

  • Maybe what you use every day is stored somewhere awkward.
  • Maybe things don’t actually have a clear place to go.
  • Maybe one drawer is trying to do too many jobs.
  • Maybe the space has become where everything waits until you decide what to do with it.

You can clear the counter, drawer or wardrobe again, but if the reason behind the problem is still there, the same things are likely to start happening again.
That’s where another pair of eyes can help.

Sometimes the problem isn’t what it first looks like

I was working on a storage space where it looked like the main problem was too much stuff and not enough storage.

What looked like the problem

There was a lot in the space and it seemed like more or better storage was needed.

What I noticed

Many of the things in the room were actually still waiting for a decision – what to keep, what belonged somewhere else and what needed a permanent home.
More storage would have given those unfinished decisions somewhere else to sit, but it wouldn’t have solved the problem.

What needed to happen first

Those decisions needed to be dealt with before we could see what storage the room actually needed.
That’s the kind of thing I’m looking for when I review your space — not just what is there, but what is making it difficult to manage.

A PREVIEW OF YOUR REPORT

What I’ll work out for you

Every plan is created specifically for one space in your home, using the photos and information you send me.

Inside, you’ll find:
✓ What I noticed in your space
✓ What’s really causing the problem
✓ What needs to change
✓ Where to start
✓ Your step-by-step action plan
✓ Things to watch out for
✓ Your progress checklist

Please note
The pages shown here are from an example report, with some details hidden. Your One Space Action Plan will be created from the photos and information you send and written specifically for your space

What will be different afterwards

Your plan will help you understand why the space keeps becoming difficult to manage, what needs to change and what to tackle first without trying to reorganise the whole room.

✓ Understand what is really causing the problem

You’ll see why the space keeps ending up the same way, rather than feeling that you simply need to try harder or tidy more often.

✓ Know what to tackle first

You won’t need to reorganise the whole room. Your plan will show you which changes are likely to make the biggest difference.

✓ Stop guessing what to do

You’ll know what needs a permanent place, what should be moved and what is making the space harder to use.

✓ Create a space that is easier to manage

The aim is not a picture-perfect space. It is a space that works better for your everyday life and is easier to keep on top of.

How your One Space Action Plan works

Everything is completed online. There’s no Zoom call, and you can work through your plan in your own time.
You don’t need to tidy before taking the photos. Seeing the space as it normally looks helps me understand what is happening.

1. Buy and complete the form

After purchasing, you’ll receive a link to a short form where you can tell me about the space, what is frustrating you and what you’ve already tried.
2. Send your photos
Upload up to 10 clear photos of the space. You can also send a short video if it helps show how the space is being used.
3. I review everything
I’ll look through your photos and answers, work out what is causing the problem and decide which changes will make the biggest difference. If I need anything else, I’ll email you a few questions.
4. Receive your personalised plan
Within five working days, you’ll receive your One Space Action Plan by email, with clear steps you can follow at your own pace.

Is a One Space Action Plan right for you?

This works best when you want help with one specific space and a clear plan you can follow in your own time.

This is a good fit if…

✓ One particular space keeps becoming cluttered or difficult to use
✓ You’ve already tried sorting it but the problem keeps coming back
✓ You want advice based on your actual home rather than general organising tips
✓ You prefer sending photos instead of having a Zoom call or home visit
✓ You want to understand what needs changing and then work through it yourself

This may not be the best fit if…

– You need help with several rooms or your whole home
– You want to work through the space together in real time
– You need a full room redesign or product sourcing
– You need ongoing support
– You already know exactly what needs changing and simply need the time to do it

Would you prefer live support? A Clutter Reset Hour may be a better fit.

Frequently asked questions

Everything important is explained below. If you are still unsure whether your space is suitable, you can contact me before purchasing.

If you already know what is causing the problem and what needs changing, you probably don’t need this service.
The One Space Action Plan is for the space you’ve already tried to sort, but it still isn’t working the way you need it to. I look at how the space is being used, what may be getting in the way and what you might not be seeing yourself.
You’ll then know what I would change first instead of trying another organising idea and hoping it works.

In most cases, yes. I’m not just looking at how tidy or messy the space is. I’m looking at what is stored there, where things collect, how easy they are to put away and how the space is being used.
The questions you complete with your photos give me more context, and you can also send a short video if that helps.
If I need to understand something better before creating your plan, I’ll email you with a few questions.

That’s absolutely fine. You do not need to tidy it before taking the photos.
In fact, seeing the space as it normally looks can help me understand what keeps happening there. I’m not judging how your home looks. I’m looking for what is making that particular space difficult to manage.

This works best when there is one particular space or problem you’re stuck with.
For example, a kitchen counter that keeps filling up, a wardrobe that is difficult to use, a cupboard you keep avoiding, a paperwork area or a drop zone that never seems to work.
If you need help with several rooms, a whole-home project, or you want someone to work through the space with you in real time, this may not be the best option.
If you’re unsure, you can contact me before purchasing.

One space means one specific area with one main problem.
For example, one wardrobe, kitchen counter, cupboard, desk, hallway drop zone or paperwork area.
It isn’t designed to cover several rooms or a whole-home organising project.

The plan is focused first on understanding what needs to change in the space rather than simply adding more storage.
I may explain what type of storage or organising solution would work better where it is relevant, but the service does not include product sourcing or a personalised shopping list.

Your plan is created to give you clear steps you can follow in your own time.
The One Space Action Plan does not include ongoing support or a follow-up session. If you would prefer to talk through the problem with me and work through your options together, the Clutter Reset Hour may be a better fit.

Ready to stop guessing what this space needs?

If you’re tired of clearing the same space and ending up back in the same position, send me the photos and information about what’s happening.
I’ll work out what may be causing the problem, what needs changing and what I would tackle first.
